Terms of Service
* Taking orders via Discord DM's or DeviantArt Notes* By choosing to order with me, you agree to every single point of my TOS regardless if you have read them in full. If I have discovered you have broken any of these terms, you will be blocked & blacklisted from future commission opportunities.
General
1. Be polite when ordering, any rudeness will result in instant cancellation2. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason3. Orders & subsequent communication must be in English
Payment
1. Payment is required in full, up front, in USD via Paypal.1*. For Spreadsheets the base hour rate is required up front, subsequent hourly rate payments are made via Paypal upon completion.2. Work will not start until payment is received.3. Chargebacks after you have received your finished order are grounds for an immediate & permanent ban and blacklist.
Art Usage & Terms
1. These types of commissions are for personal use only and are not permitted for any kind of commercial use.2. These images cannot be repurposed in any way3. My artwork may not be altered after being received and my watermark may never be removed from the piece4. My work is allowed to be reposted to social media with the proper credit.5. My artwork is never allowed to be used for NFT's, to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) or to be used in any sort of relevant exploitative technology of the past or in the present or future.6. You must provide at least 1 photo reference of the character(s) I will be drawing for you. I will not work off verbal descriptions only as a source of reference for your character.
Spreadsheet Usage & Terms
1. These types of commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.2. The coding, design elements, and other spreadsheets components cannot be copied and/or redistributed
(For profit or otherwise). If it has been discovered one has done so, it is grounds for an immediate ban & blacklisting.3. Ordered spreadsheets must be locked for sole usage so others cannot copy any elements from the spreadsheet.
